These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the S A Touch Solution website and any services (website development, e-commerce, WordPress, Shopify, SEO) you engage us for. By using this website or contacting us for a project, you agree to these terms.
We provide website development, redesign, e-commerce, WordPress, Shopify and SEO services. The exact scope, timeline, and cost of any project are agreed separately with each client before work begins, typically via a written quote or proposal.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects require an advance payment before work starts, with the balance due on delivery or in milestones as agreed. Delayed payments may delay delivery or ongoing support.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and any required access (domain, hosting, third-party accounts) needed to complete the project. Delays caused by missing inputs from the client may extend the project timeline.
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as agreed at the start. Requests that go beyond the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and billed separately.
Once a project is paid for in full, ownership of the final delivered website/design transfers to the client, excluding any third-party licensed assets (stock images, plugins, fonts) which remain governed by their own licenses.
We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes made by third-party providers such as hosting companies, domain registrars, payment gateways, or platforms like WordPress and Shopify.
We aim to deliver reliable, well-tested systems, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the delivered website, including third-party service downtime beyond our control.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
